Our studio rooms are perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting a no fuss stay in luxury and quality located in the heart of Dunedin.
Studio rooms can sleep up to two guests. These rooms have everything you need and nothing that you don't.

Each studio room is made up of a queen bed and luxurious bathroom. Our studio rooms are equipped with a clothes rack, kettle and supply of tea, coffee and milk, a spacious ensuite bathroom, providing added luxury.
Apartment Rooms
Set across two levels, with a roof top deck, spa pool, open plan living areas, full kitchen and high spec bathroom - you won't be disappointed! Can sleep up to 6 people. ​
